Freediving level 1
The Freediving Level 1 course aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to practice the recreational sport of Freediving. Freediving course allows you to safely and enjoyably, with a buddy of equal or greater quality, in environments and at depths equivalent to those where training took place.
The Freediving Level 1 course has a maximum depth of 20m. The maximum depth allowed for students under 15 years of age for all training dives is 12m.

The knowledge gained from decades of experience in recreational diving has led to the development of a freediving teaching system based on the most effective and innovative communication techniques.
